Parking: All vehicle registrations must be sent in advance so parking can be arranged digitally. Each parking permit is charged at £10 per car per day. House Props & Furniture: You are welcome to use house furniture and props, but please take photos of their placement before and after use to ensure everything is returned correctly. Please do not drag furniture across wooden floors. Any significant damage to flooring, walls, or furniture will be quoted and charged to the production. Protective floor coverings (such as mats or tennis balls on lighting stands) must be used on parquet flooring to prevent marking or scratching. Tea, Coffee, Catering & Cleaning: Please bring your own tea and coffee supplies (no coffee machine available). You are welcome to use crockery, cutlery, and glassware — please rinse and load these into the dishwasher before leaving. All rubbish and catering waste must be taken away at the end of the shoot, as on-site bins are limited. If waste collection is required, a contact number can be provided. Damages & Additional Costs: The hirer is responsible for any damage or breakage occurring during the shoot. Any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required will be charged to the hirer. Overtime or additional hours beyond the agreed schedule must be approved in advance and will be charged separately.
