Furniture Handling: To prevent damage to our floors, please do not drag furniture. If you need to move any furniture, please lift it or ask for assistance. Food or drinks are allowed in only the kitchen and reception area No pets When leaving please tidy up mess and return the studio to how you found it Dispose rubbish in the designated bin Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Clients are responsible for the behavior and conduct of all persons attending with them. Access to Gold Lane Studios is permitted strictly during confirmed booking hours. Additional time will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Clients must check in and out with a member of the Gold Lane Studios team. All clients must behave in a respectful, professional manner toward Gold Lane Studios staff and fellow clients. Any form of abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund. Any damage to Gold Lane Studios property—including sets, props, furniture, or equipment—caused by the client or their team will be charged at full repair or replacement cost. Gold Lane Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, property loss, or equipment damage due to client negligence or misuse. Any complaint or dissatisfaction with the set design must be communicated to a staff member upon arrival or during the session. Complaints after the session will not be eligible for refunds.
